Before the Big Football Game, there’s another very important Bowl for our four-legged friends: The PUPPY BOWL! This year, Game Room will be partnering with Alive Rescue to put on a special adoption party! Join us on the bocce court from 3-6pm on Sunday, February 3 to watch the Puppy Bowl and maybe even adopt a new forever friend.

Stick around afterwards to watch the Big Football Game and eat some wings and beer! Enjoy any number of chicken wings— 6 for $10, 12 for $15, or 50 for $48— and split a mini keg of Lagunita’s Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ with all your pals for $80.

Puppies, wings, beer and football. It really doesn't get much better than that!

StarChefs just released their Chicago-based Rising Stars issue, and we are thrilled to share that not one, but two of our creative talents were recognized! Both Executive Chef Pete Coenen (Cherry Circle Room, Lonesome Rose, Lost Lake) and Wine Director Andrew Algren (Cherry Circle Room) are 2018 Rising Stars, and it couldn’t be more well deserved. Congrats to Chef Pete and Andrew — grab the latest issue of StarChefs to read all about it!

Chef Pete Coenen x Skeleton Key Brewery

Chef Pete Coenen collaborated with Skeleton Key Brewery on a beer they’ve named ‘Petal Pusher,’ a summer wheat ale brewed with wild rose petals. It’s an easy drinker, refreshing, with a light, floral nose.

Making its debut at the Chicago Ale Fest (happening Friday, June 1, and Saturday June 2 in Grant Park), ‘Petal Pusher’ features dried rose petals sourced by Chef Pete from Rare Tea Cellar. Pete joined the Skeleton Key team to develop and brew the beer, made with summer in mind.

You can also catch a ‘Petal Pusher’ at Cherry Circle Room, Game Room, and Lonesome Rose, where it’s currently on tap.

Join us on Sunday, June 3rd at 2p for a release party for Teed Up. The bocce court will transform into a mini golf course, and the Off Color crew will be in house to practice your putts against.

Stop by, play some golf, and try our tart, refreshing summertime beer! Don’t forget your golf shoes.

Zero Waste Brunch!
R-R_Brunch-980x980.png

Our friends at NYC-based creative agency RADUNO are throwing a big brunch party during the upcoming James Beard Award weekend. They’re bringing together a community of chefs, farmers, distributors and makers to celebrate food and to inspire conversation about getting creative with food waste! Chefs and bartenders (including our very own Paul McGee!) will be creating brunch dishes and cocktails out of food that would otherwise be wasted from James Beard events over the weekend.

All food and drinks are included for $45 (what a deal!) – and all profits will go to Family Farmed, a non-profit organization committed to expanding the production, marketing and distribution of locally grown and responsibly produced food, in order to enhance the social, economic, and environmental health of our communities.

Grab your ticket here, and see you then!
