Highball Celebration at Longman & Eagle

We’re Highball crazy at Longman & Eagle, thanks to our new Highball machine – and you can be, too!

First off, we’re excited to partner with the Japanese Culture Center for a celebration of the Highball on September 26! Learn how the Japan perfected the art of the highball (and more) from “Mr. Highball”, Atsushi “Charlie” Takeuchi, learn how to make the perfect highball from L&E beverage director Chad Hauge, all while enjoying a three course dinner from Executive Chef Joshua Mutchnick.
