In early 2022, Land and Sea Dept. opened Dicey’s, a tavern-style pizza restaurant and bar, in Nashville’s up-and-coming Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood.

Dicey’s Pizza and Tavern is a neighborhood bar that happens to serve really, really good tavern-style pizza, and more. There’s a selection of choice beers (classics and local), cocktails, shots, and slushies, plus a solid menu of natural and organic wine. 

Bringing tavern-style pizza — the true Chicago-style pizza, as any local can tell you — to Nashville has proven to be a success, with Dicey’s quickly becoming a must-visit destination in Music City. Dicey’s has even garnered national recognition — Esquire included it in its round-up of the 8 Best Places for Chicago Tavern-Style Pizza in the U.S. 

In fact, Dicey’s has been such a hit that Chicago is getting its very own location! Dicey’s Tavern will be opening in West Town in 2024.
