After the resounding success of Aaron Franklin of Franklin Barbecue's first visit to Chicago in 2015, we decided to do it again!
Aaron and the gang drove up the smoker from Austin for a series of three dinners at LSD HQ.
Much like the first year, 2016's series of events sold out within minutes. 300 lucky guests enjoyed Aaron Franklin's smoked meats, sides and slushies from Chef Hunter Moore and beverage director Charlie Schott of Parson's Chicken & Fish, and ice cold Lone Star beers over the 4th of July weekend.
