Brunch is Back!

Parson’s is launching the return of its brunch menu for the fall and winter this week! It’s available on weekdays from 11am to 3pm, and Saturday & Sundays from 10am to 3pm.

This year, Chef Hunter Moore’s menu will feature new items like Shrimp & Grits (Three Sisters cornmeal, Laughing Bird shrimp, bacon, sauce creole, poached egg, scallions), Migas (chicken and bacon chorizo, gaujillo salsa, crispy tortillas, scrambled eggs, chihuahua cheese, avocado), a Turkey Club (house roasted turkey, bacon, avocado old bay aioli, mighty vine tomatoes, lettuce, white bread, with a pickle spear) and the Chicken Cutlet (potato pancake, chunky apple sauce, creme fraiche, sunny side egg, sweet fried garlic, sesame).

Old favorites like the Early Riser (two fried eggs, hash browns, and toast) and the Chicken & Waffles (Belgian waffle, fried chicken thigh, maple brown butter, and sunny side egg) are both sticking around, as well as some boozy brunch drinks from beverage director Charlie Schott, like the Blood & Lether and Amaretto Sour.
